Gameplay/General Questions

Can I be a moderator?

If Staff applications are open, then you are free to fill out the forms and send it to Gone . If the applications are not open, please come back later for a chance to join the team.

I've found a hacker! How can I report them?

You can report hackers using the report system. Click on the person's name and select "Report". Or refer to the forum's report forms and fill it out, then shoot a PM to a single Staff member with the filled-out form.

How can I play "Aeklata" using fullscreen?

You can play "Aeklata" in fullscreen by saying "Yes" to the Fullscreen option in the 3D Runner setup when the game pops up.

Can I claim territories for packs or maps?

No, every map is public absolutely no claiming is allowed. IC is allowed, though.

How many characters can I have in game?

You may have up to 10 characters at a time! There is a coded set limit.

How do I get items/accessories?

Killing prey! Staff may spawn them on certain events, though.

Can I turn off PVP?

Sadly no, this is embedded in the games codes.

A player is annoying me. What should I do?

You can mute a player by editing your profile (Profile > Edit Profile) and going to the Privacy tab. Scroll to the bottom and enter the username of the player bothering you. In-game, click their character and choose the "Ignore" option.

How many times do I need to be banned for it to become permanent?

There is no longer a set amount of ban hours required for a permanent ban. Permanent bans are given out where appropriate.

Troubleshoot/Support Questions

I cannot connect to the server/the game isn't loading! Help!

Please retry loading the game in about 15-30 minutes, our servers may be down! If you are still experiencing issues please visit the Bugs board to check if others have reported downtime. If not, post in this thread.

Can I change my password?

Both your forum and game password are the same. You can change your password by choosing the "Change Password" option in the settings in-game. Forums version: "Forgot Password" or "Change Password". (If no "Change Password" button is included).

I tried logging into the game and it says "User doesn't exist", what do I do?

Your forum account is not linked with your in-game account. You must create an account when you first pull up the game, and log in with THAT information! That is what you will be using to log in, accounts are separate.
